  • Do I need to complete this course before I start the sourdough bread course?

    No! The sourdough starter course is included in the bread course, so you can go right ahead and start that course if you like.

  • Do I need particular ingredients to make a starter from scratch?

    You'll use wholegrain gluten free flours to make your starter and lots of different options are given so that you can customise it to your taste and what you have available to you.
