Join me for an in-person, day class in the Southampton area to learn the secrets of GF dough wrangling in a fun atmosphere
The course will be a mixture of hands on and demonstrations, where you can pull up a chair and watch me do the work. As always I will explain what the ingredients are doing and where to make substitutions, so you can create your own masterpieces from the base recipes.
